I have a passion for cultivating student-centered, safe environments for children to grow and be successful, as well as the providing the tools necessary for educators and parents to feel supported and valued.

For Schools: Full service educational consulting, coaching and professional development services on topics ranging from trauma-informed and social-emotional learning strategies for teachers to emotional awareness and de-escalation and mindfulness strategies for students.

For Parents: In-person and virtual workshops with a focus on providing strategies for parents to create a calmer, more joyful home environment. Topics include: mindfulness and de-escalation strategies for children, understanding and addressing trauma and chronic stress in children and addressing the impact of technology and social media on children.
